EXPERIENCE
Allyson Rinderle joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Managing Director on the Life Sciences team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Allyson was a Principal at KKR focused on the life sciences on Healthcare Growth Equity and Private Equity teams. Before KKR, Allyson was a Vice President at Longitude Capital, a healthcare venture growth firm where she focused on biopharmaceutical investments. Previously, she held analyst roles at the life sciences investment firm Aisling Capital and in J.P. Morgan’s Health Care Investment Banking practice.
EDUCATION
Allyson received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She received a BS in biomedical engineering with distinction from Yale University, graduating magna cum laude, Tau Beta Pi, and Phi Beta Kappa.
